MailPattern helps you find likely work email addresses based on publicly observed email patterns for a given company domain. We do not guarantee deliverability or accuracy of any guessed email address.

Data We Do Not Store

When you search for an email using our lookup tools, we do not store the names, domains, or guessed email addresses you search for. Searches are processed in real time and are not retained after your session ends.

Data We Do Collect

If you submit our Request List form, we collect the information you provide (your name, email, and requirements) solely to fulfill your request. We do not sell this information to third parties.

Cookies

We use minimal functional cookies necessary for the site to operate. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA or elsewhere with data protection rights, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted through our Request List form. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Chrome Extension

MailPattern's Chrome Extension does not require sign-up or collect any personal information about the extension's user. When you use the extension, you provide a company name or domain and a person's first and last name; this information is sent to our servers (mailpattern.tech) solely to generate a likely email address and confidence score.

Data collection and handling

Company and domain lookups may be checked against Clearbit's autocomplete service, and confirmed company-domain matches are stored in our database to improve future lookups. Generated email addresses may be checked against IPQS for deliverability verification.

Data storage

We do not store the names of individuals you search for. Company and domain data used to improve lookup accuracy is stored securely in our Supabase database.

Third-party sharing

We share data with Clearbit (company/domain autocomplete) and IPQS (email verification) solely to provide these features. We do not sell or share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Permissions

The extension requests host permission only for mailpattern.tech, used to communicate with our own API. No other websites or browsing activity are accessed.
